Balsamic Modena PGI 250ml, Giusti

Giusti balsamic is rich and dark with a fruity aroma. It’s made with the cooked must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, the vinegar is aged in centuries-old oak barrels to deepen its flavour. Beautifully balanced with notes of caramel, spice and subtle acidity giving it a clean, refreshing finish.
Use it to dip bread, add a sweet-sour note to sauces and salad dressings. It’s wonderful in glazes for fish and roasted meat.
